“Time out” During Sign-in

The login timeout problem might be related to your network environment. Please make sure you are connected to the Internet.

Try to turn off firewall temporarily (Control Panel->System and Security->Windows Firewall); then run QQ International. From the login panel, click “Settings” and change server type to TCP, and then try to sign in again.

Also, please update to your QQ International to the latest version.

    I tried the suggestions on the contents of this particular topic, and my qq timed out again, giving me the same error but with a slightly different message. What do i do now? And I have the latest version of QQ international
