When your contacts are offline you can still send them a file or folder.
To send a file/folder, click on “Send File” icon in the chat window and select “Send Offline” from the menu. Then, choose the file/folder to send from your computer. The file will be uploaded to the server and it will be kept for your contact up to 7 days. Your contact will receive the file when they are online.
Step 3: Where are received files saved?
To check where your files are saved, click on “Send File” icon on the chat window and select “File Transfer Settings” from the menu. You can see where your files are saved as below.
Step 4: How to set-up file transfer security?
In “File Transfer Settings” window, you can also edit your transfer security level for file transfers. We recommend “Security Medium” which only blocks high risk files for your security.
