First off – don’t panic. You can ignore the message if any of the following is true:
- You are trying to log in using one single account on multiple devices at the same time
- You are trying to log in using one single account on multiple instances of the QQ client (any version in any language)
- You did a hard reset of your modem/router and obtained a new IP address while connected to QQ International
Please make sure you’re not in any of the above situations and simply try again: our servers don’t allow multiple concurrent logins of the same account number. It’s highly likely that your account is safe and intact.
